The Lake and Library Project aims to establish a public library along Tempe Town Lake. The library's design features a distinctive, three-story organic structure inspired by water. Encircled by canopies resembling water formations on the lake, this space encourages interaction with users, providing a serene environment for relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding views.
